Today we're 62 engineers across San Francisco, London, Kyiv, and Warsaw. Every person we hire has shipped production software at scale. No graduates, no bootcampers, no exceptions.
We take on 8–10 new projects per quarter. If we're at capacity, we'll tell you and refer you to someone we trust. We'd rather lose the business than do a bad job.
